SCENIC RIVER: Execuitve Chef

Overall responsible for a smooth and organized operation within the Galley
• Active involvement in daily operations, including taking overall any station if needed
• Providing professional and courteous service on designated workstations according to the Company standards and procedures
• Welcoming and greeting of guests according to the Company standard
• Always being up to date with the Company standard operating procedures, particularly for the Galley department, and ensuring its implementation.
• Being present during peak times
• Distributing information within the team and exchanging information between departments
• Preparing the duty schedule following legal requirements
• Retaining full knowledge of food menu and recipes
• Ensuring active involvement in reaching higher guest satisfaction, including participating in additional Entertainment activities as per Company standard
• Ensuring proper setup and mise en place as per Company standards
• Ensuring the quality and quantity of crew food following the Company standard
• Conducting frequent training sessions for the Galley department

DRAGON CRUISES: Commis 2 - Hot Galley

Your role as 2nd Cook is to assists the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking meals, maintaining the cleanliness of the galley, and ensuring food safety standards are met. You will work in various galley stations, preparing a range of dishes from soups and sauces to meats and vegetables. The role requires strong culinary skills, organizational abilities, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

SCENIC CRUISE : DECK HAND

  • Deputy to staff captain/Chief Engineer in the operation of security matters
  • Implementation of Security panned maintenance
  • Operation and maintenance of the Master Key including administration and record keeping
  • Undertaking of Security Rounds and patrols
  • Completion of and administration of security forms and checklists
  • Undertaking gangway watch ,managing visitors and officials
  • Delivery of the Water Sports program where required by the vessels itinerary 
  • Inventory and organisation of water sports equipment and storage space
  • Maintenance of ships water sports equipment, with the assistance of the deck and technical department as required
  • Delivery of the E-Bike Program
  • Inventory ,organisation and maintenance of E-Bikes and ancillary equipment

SCENIC CRUISE : AMOS Controller

  • Operate, audit, and maintain the AMOS system onboard 
  • Manage technical stores and inventory
  • Liaise with the engineering, Deck and technical department to ensure all equipment is correctly registered in AMOS
  • Conduct inventory audits, cyclic counts, ensure stock values in the system match physical locations, identify obsolete /frozen stock and initiate corrective actions
  • Provide training and support to officers and stores personnel on AMOS usage and stores best practices
  • Work with shore-side technical purchasing/operations teams

WORLD CRUISES: Guest Relation Manager

Responsible for Coordinating, organizing and supervising front office operations through
directly managing guest service staff and night duty staff. Financially accountable forthe
daily cash float of the reception team. Act as leader of the front desk team and ensure
your team provides and operates to the highest level of customer care. Foster close
relationships with other departments. In charge of cabin upgrades. Follow up on any
specific guests’ requests and deal with guest complaints efficient and with the highest
level of customer care. Ensure the daily complaint log is updated and issues have been
resolved within the given time frame. Ensure that the reception desk is always in
immaculate order and presentable. Schedule your team fairly, efficient and according to
the duty plan. Guest Relation Manager and his/her team provide standards of service
