PRINCESS CRUISES : UPHOLSTERER

  • Maintains all upholsterer area, curtains, and trims onboard through the use of established  quality upholstery techniques and practices as directed  by the reporting officer 
  • Always respond to authorized upholstery defect reports in an efficient and timely manner
  • Always provides a positive first impression through a warm greeting and professional appearance
  • keeps workplace clean and organized ,treats all working tools with care
  • Works with supervisors and peers to ensure sufficient  spare parts are maintained onboard at all times
  • Maintains accurate daily work reports

 

PRINCESS CRUISES : FITTER - REFRIGERATION

  • Always actions and delegates incoming ventilation and refrigeration defect chits in a timely fashion and before the reported malfunction jeopardize the excellent delivery of passenger services
  • Effectively and efficiently maintains and overhauls all ventilation equipment as directed by the ventilation officer
  • Willingly assists the ventilation officer in all other hotel /refrigeration maintenance and repair work as required
  • Works with the reporting officer and the Senior Technical Storekeeper  to ensure sufficient stocks of spare parts are maintained on board at all times

PRINCESS CRUISES : FITTER - WELDER

  • Actions job orders in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Effectively and efficiently carries out welding work onboard, including gas welding, cutting and electric arc welding
  • Recognizes and understands the proper methods to work different materials such as copper, nickel alloy stainless steel etc
  • Maintains strict adherence to safety, cleanliness, and tidiness when performing equipment maintenance, paying special attention to ensure that all maintenance -related tools are used and stored properly 
  • Works with the reporting officer and the senior technical storekeeper to ensure sufficient stocks of spare parts are maintained on board at all times
  • Promptly provides accurate work history and parts consumed data for input into AMOS

 

PRINCESS CRUISES : FITTER - MECHANIC

  • Efficiently and cost -effectively overhauls ,repairs, and maintains assigned machinery or equipment as directed by the Senior First Engineer
  • Maintains strict adherence to safety, cleanliness, and tidiness when performing equipment maintenance, paying special attention to ensure that all maintenance -related tools are used and stored properly 
  •  works with the reporting officer and the senior technical storekeeper to ensure sufficient stocks of spare parts are maintained on board at all times 
  • Promptly provides accurate work history and parts consumed data for input into Amos
  • Always follows USPH protocols
  • Always performs all duties in accordance with applicable policies and procedures, Fleet regulations , and other internal , External and governmental regulations as directed
  • Always follows timekeeping rules and creates accurate ILO records
  • Always performs all General Emergency Organization duties as directed in the Emergency Response Organization

 

COSTA CRUISES: Demi CDP Pastry

  • responsible for all dessert production as indicated in the menu plan, recipes and methods, in accordance with Operational Manual and Company standards and procedures

PRINCESS CRUISES: Executive Sous Chef

  • Provide professional and courteous service at designated workstations in accordance with company standards and procedures
  • Have knowledge of food menus and company recipes
  • Welcome and greet guests when in the restaurant or in any public area
  • Ensure proper setup and “mise en place” for lunch and dinner service as per company standards
  • Ensure the preparation of crew food
  • Assist the executive chef with training sessions of the galley team

AIDA CRUISES: Cabin Stewardess

Responsible for the cleanliness and service in assigned cabin section including pantries cleaning lockers and linen stores.

COSTA CRUISES: Korean Chef De Partie

Responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality Korean dishes while ensuring consistency, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.

COSTA CRUISES: Assistant Animator

The Assistant Animator at Costa Cruises is responsible for engaging with guests, promoting onboard activities, and creating a positive atmosphere while ensuring all guests, especially those traveling alone, feel included and informed about available services.

PRINCESS CRUISES: Assistant Pantryman

  • Assists the 1st Pantryman in preparing special breakfast items to meet passenger requests. Properly prepares fruit and cheese platters for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • Properly prepares cold fruit appetizers and cold soups for dinner.
  • Performs production in assigned area/station as directed by the 1st Pantryman/Sous Chef/Executive Chef, ensuring quality and consistency by always adhering to company provided recipes and visuals as a minimum standard.
  • Promptly restocks coffee stations and maintains them in a clean and organized condition at all times, and operates the coffee service line.
  • Willingly assists the Executive Chef with special events, which may include fruit and vegetable carving. Promptly picks up food orders from the food service area and ensures proper storage of food.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by the culinary management team.
