ADORA CRUISE: Pay Restaurant 2nd Cook


As a Pay Restaurant 2nd Cook on a cruise ship, you will be responsible for assisting the lead cook in the preparation and presentation of meals in our specialty dining venues. You will participate in food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients, maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, and ensuring food safety standards are met. You'll also be involved in organizing and restocking kitchen supplies. Understanding the menu to answer guests' questions, and maintaining a professional, efficient, and high-quality service standard is key. The role requires teamwork and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

PRINCESS CRUISES: Photographer (Japanese- Speaking)

Responsible for portrait and event photography, using both natural locations and on-board studio setups.

HOLLAND AMERICA LINE: Event Coordinator

  • Ensuring premium service delivery to all groups and their leaders.
  • Organizing special site visits, Fam trips and events in collaboration with the Cruise and Travel
  • Director and as requested by Ship's Services.
  • Coordinating and administering the Gift Order program as designed by the company.
  • Overseeing the Club Orange Program.
  • Administering the Mariner Loyalty Program.
  • Driving the training of onboard sale of packages and amenities by the Guest Services staff.

ADORA CRUISES: Assistant Bar Manager

He/she is in charge of supporting the Bar Manager in achieving company goals especially assuring excellence in bar service and beverage production with strong emphasis on cost control and good salesmanship, providing consistently speedy, professional and courteous bar service through close supervision, demonstrating good salesmanship through staff motivation and training, assisting the bar manager in arranging cocktail parties and special functions, producing professionally typed documents as a form of onboard and ship to shore communication.

ADORA CRUISES: Light Technician

Assures adequate technical support to the entertainment activities, through the correct use of the technical light equipment present on board and in accordance with the operating instructions

ADORA CRUISES: Galley Operations Coordinator

Supervising Galley Operator, assuring the entire galley areas, and material are clean in accordance with public health safety standards and Company set standards and procedures

ADORA CRUISES: Store Room Utilty

Provide supports in the storerooms during operations and during the cruise, in accordance 
with Company procedures and standards

HOLLAND AMERICA LINE: Waiter (Canaletto)

Leads the service for food and beverage in an assigned station in Canaletto. Ensures guests are consistently provided with courteous, prompt and efficient service according to company standards.

HOLLAND AMERICA LINE: Assistant Waiter

Supports the service of food and beverage in any of the assigned restaurant outlets, including Dining Room, Specialty restaurants, Lido Market or In Room Dining. While working between multiple outlets, ensures guests are consistently provided with courteous, prompt and efficient service according to company standards.

ADORA CRUISES: Bar Waiter

Provide efficient, courteous, and professional service to all guests, assuring the best beverage service, quality and revenue generation
