Job Description

Your role as 2nd Cook is to assists the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking meals, maintaining the cleanliness of the galley, and ensuring food safety standards are met. You will work in various galley stations, preparing a range of dishes from soups and sauces to meats and vegetables. The role requires strong culinary skills, organizational abilities, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Job Qualification

Previous experience in hotel, resort or cruise ship is required.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and use of equipment. Good USPH knowledge.
• Completion of high school or basic education equivalency preferred.
• Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests and crew. Ability to understand instructions given in English during emergency life saving procedures and drills.
