SCENIC CRUISE : AMOS Controller

Job Description

Operate, audit, and maintain the AMOS system onboard
Manage technical stores and inventory
Liaise with the engineering, Deck and technical department to ensure all equipment is correctly registered in AMOS
Conduct inventory audits, cyclic counts, ensure stock values in the system match physical locations, identify obsolete /frozen stock and initiate corrective actions
Provide training and support to officers and stores personnel on AMOS usage and stores best practices
Work with shore-side technical purchasing/operations teams

Job Qualification

Demonstrable experience with AMOS ( or equivalent maintenance management system ) in a maritime or cruise environment
High level of English ( written and spoken),good communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent data and system discipline :accuracy in data entry, system maintenance , and audit readiness
Strong shipboard operations knowledge, particularly in engineering/technical stores and maintenance support on a cruise or passenger ship
MS Office competence; comfortable with database, reporting and analytics
Relevant maritime certification(STCW, etc ) as required for onboard crew
