Assists the 1st Pantryman in preparing special breakfast items to meet passenger requests. Properly prepares fruit and cheese platters for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Performs production in assigned area/station as directed by the 1st Pantryman/Sous Chef/Executive Chef, ensuring quality and consistency by always adhering to company provided recipes and visuals as a minimum standard.
Promptly restocks coffee stations and maintains them in a clean and organized condition at all times, and operates the coffee service line.
Willingly assists the Executive Chef with special events, which may include fruit and vegetable carving. Promptly picks up food orders from the food service area and ensures proper storage of food.
Performs additional duties as assigned by the culinary management team.
