POOLMAN RESPONSIBILIES WILL INCLUDE CLEANING AND MAINTANING POOL, MAINTANINING PUMPS, FILTRATION, HEATERS AND CHEMICAL DOSING SYSTEM AND CONDUCTING WATER TESTING & TREATMENT (POOL & POTABLE WATER)
As a Housekeeping Utility on board Scenic Ocean, your main duties include maintaining the cleanliness of public areas, corridors, and pantries, as well as collecting and segregating garbage and restocking cleaning supplies. You are expected to follow hygiene and safety standards, work flexible hours, and perform physically demanding tasks. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, and basic English communication is required.

Responsible for delivering high standards of cleanliness and guest service in line with Company procedures. Duties include:
Cleaning and servicing up to 16 guest cabins, including turndown and embarkation setup.
Maintaining public areas, guest amenities, linen, and supplies.
Handling guest and crew laundry, as well as checking laundered items for quality.
Assisting with guest satisfaction through courteous service and participation in Company activities.
Supporting embarkation, events, and daily program needs.
Reporting guest complaints, damages, or deficiencies promptly to the Supervisor.
Ensuring hygiene and safety compliance in all areas according to HACCP regulations.
