The assistant waiter on supports the main waiter in providing food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. This role involves a variety of tasks, including setting tables, serving food and drinks, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness. Assistant waiters also assist with guest requests, maintain station cleanliness, and participate in special events or entertainment.

PRINCESS CRUISES: Utility Bar Attendant

As a Utility Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of beverage service onboard. You will support the delivery of excellent guest experiences by ensuring the bar area is fully stocked, serving drinks promptly, and adhering to company standards. You will also work collaboratively with the Bartender and Bar Supervisor to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency, all while promoting a safe and compliant environment.

PRINCESS CRUISES: Sushi Chef

  • The Sushi Chef prepares various sushi dishes, including maki, nigiri, and sashimi, following established guidelines for quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety. 
  • They follow culinary trends and have extensive knowledge of raw fish, seafood, ingredients, and flavors. 
  • They master sushi-rolling techniques and consistently produce visually pleasing plating presentations. 
  • They apply food safety regulations and food allergy issues to the preparation and plating of menu items. They inspect the quality of ingredients used and inform the Executive Chef and Inventory Manager when quality is sub-standard. 
  • Sushi Chef regularly takes inventory of equipment and report any issues to the Food & Beverage team members. 
  • They guide the team in maintaining a clean work environment to prevent food contamination and ensure all utensils, instruments, and equipment are sterilized before each meal. 
  • They evaluate and provide training on knife skills and production methods for successful delivery of the sushi menu product. 
  • They communicate with team members and guests to explain finished dishes, key ingredients, and flavor profiles.

ADORA CRUISES: Teppanyaki Demi Chef de Partie

Operate in the Teppanyaki galley for production and in the restaurant for service/show

The Linen Keeper/Tailor on a cruise ship is responsible for managing linens and uniforms, including their storage, distribution, and maintenance. This role involves repairing linens, guest clothing, and crew uniforms, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records. They ensure a sufficient supply of clean, quality linens for all areas of the ship while also handling tailoring requests from guests and crew

DRAGON CRUISES: Bartender

The bartender prepares and serves beverages, maintains the bar area, and interacts with guests, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience. They must be knowledgeable about drinks, efficient in service, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety. Strong knowledge of the USPH is a must.
