Job Description

As a Utility Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of beverage service onboard. You will support the delivery of excellent guest experiences by ensuring the bar area is fully stocked, serving drinks promptly, and adhering to company standards. You will also work collaboratively with the Bartender and Bar Supervisor to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency, all while promoting a safe and compliant environment.

Job Qualification

  • Proven F&B Experience: At least 1 year of experience in roles such as Bar Waiter, F&B Runner, or similar positions in the food and beverage industry.
  • Public Health Knowledge: Basic understanding of public health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to organize work efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Food & Beverage Knowledge: Working knowledge of food and beverage products, services, and general beverages operations.
  • Communication Skills: Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Guest Service Focus: A strong foundation in guest service with the ability and willingness to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
  • Motivated & Caring: Motivated to excel in all aspects of job duties with a warm, friendly, and caring personality. A passion for surprising and delighting guests throughout their cruise experience.
  • Teamwork & Professionalism: Commitment to maintaining professional and courteous working relationships in a diverse, multicultural environment.
High school

Preferably with Passport, Seaman's Book, and BST

For ex-crew (those with shipboard experience), please bring PASSPORT, SEAMAN'S BOOK, and 2 last-contract APPRAISALS. We will not continue the interview without those documents.
