Senior Production Manager

Responsible for assisting the Chief Butcher or Chef De Partie - Butcher in the best possible culinary experience.

Knowledge and basic experience in electrical power plants,propulsion,safety, communication equipment, lifting apparatus,platform,lighting system, entertainment system, automation and control systems
Knowledge for High Voltage Systems
Knowledge and basic experience with elevators and escalators (if applicable)

Experience in maintenance and operational of marine/naval job history in cruise ships

Proven work experience in marine service on cruise ships
Experience and knowledge in all kind of electrical and electronic equipment including, but not limited to electrical power and distribution plants, electrical propulsion, communication and navigation equipment, complex automation and control systems
Experience in High Voltage Systems and Maintenance
Experience with elevators and escalators (if applicable)
Good experience with complex automation & control systems

Experience with Communications and Network Systems

Effectively and efficiently maintains machinery spaces in a clean and tidy condition under the supervision of the chief stoker /engine crew supervisor
Always willingly provides back up support to filters and officers during maintenance or overhaul periods
Willingly assists in the storing and landing of stores as directed by the chief stoker/engine crew supervisor
Promptly secures heavy items as directed by the chief stoker /engine crew supervisor
Constantly takes excellent care of all working tools and pays special attention to workplace cleanliness and tidiness at all times

Ensures the efficient and cost effective overhaul, repair, and maintenance of all assigned plumbing as directed by the first plumber or reporting officer
Maintains strict adherence to safety , cleanliness and tidiness when performing equipment maintenance, paying special attention to ensure that all maintenance related tools are used and stored properly
Works with the reporting officer and the senior technical storekeeper to ensure sufficient stocks of spare parts are maintained on board at all times
Promptly provides accurate works history and parts consumed data for input into Amos

Promptly performs quality repairs on carpentry based items as directed by the reporting officer
Always actions assigned defect chits in a timely manner and to the highest standard possible
Effectively and efficiently manufactures or constructs carpentry projects using both rough and finishing techniques as directed by the reporting officer
Always maintains the carpenter's workshop in a clean ,tidy and well organized manner
Works closely with the carpenter's workshop in a clean, tidy and well organized manner
Works closely with the carpenter to ensure required back up materials are ordered in a timely fashion
