AIDA & COSTA : Medical Facility Operations Manager

  • Supervise all daily administrative operations associated with the Hospital and Laboratory  
  • Ensuring Hospital compliance with policies and regulations and acts as the point of contact for policy and procedures changes
  • Monitor the inventory for medications and medical equipment and organize for resupply
  • Lead a team of Hospital Assistants / Secretaries and coordinate efforts with the Clinical and Laboratory Team (Doctors, Nurses, Hospital Biologists, Lab Technicians) to a proper and organized response

- Active support of the gallery owner in the sale of contemporary art and participation in the design of the changing exhibitions

AIDA CRUISES: Broadcast Operator

  • Assists the Broadcast Manager in the formulation of television and radio broadcast schedule/s
  • Assists the Broadcast Manager in carrying out the television and radio broadcast schedules paying attention to start times and broadcast quality
  • Assists the Broadcast Manager in creating programming where necessary. This means shooting and editing various lectures, activities, or shows for playback at later times, or shooting and mixing them for live broadcast
  • Assists the Broadcast Manager with monitoring of the PA system around the ship paying attention to clarity, volume, and coverage
  • Assists the Broadcast Manager in overseeing the video-related requirements and related setups for activities that may take place in various lounges around the ship

1. Assists the Provision Master and/or Assistant Provision Master in supervising the issuing of goods and participates in it as described in Onboard Accounting Policy and Procedure 6.04.

2. Assists the Assistant Provision Master in implementing and executing proper maintenance and cleaning procedures in all storeroom areas in order to ensure good appearance and conditions of these areas.

3. Assists the Provision Master and/or Assistant Provision Master in regards to work planning and schedules for all storeroom employees.

HOLLAND AMERICA LINE: Asst. Pastry

  • Comply with company policy regarding waste separation and environmental compliance.
  • Act as a company ambassador for food waste by creating minimal food waste when preparing any product.
  • Ensure Guest Satisfaction Scores are met for food ratings specific to pastry items.
  • Preparation of all pastry items in assigned department according to company standards and recipes.
  • Proper food handling and cleaning procedures in accordance with USPH standards.
  • Proper use of all pastry equipment and utensils to prevent damage or undue maintenance.
  • Reports any malfunctioning equipment or furnishings in need of repair to Pastry Chef.
  • Responsible for reading, and following instructions of any semi-made products.
  • Follows guidelines and instructions as established by the Pastry Chef.
  • Perform other job related functions as assigned.
