AIDA & Costa : Entertainment Audio & Video Technician

  1. Working on order of the Electrician Officer Entertainment for safe and reliable operation and maintenance of all video and media systems on the vessel and architectural lighting infrastructures.
  2. To Maintain and repair all video and media system with the main effort on:
  • BCC & Live Production / Post Production
  • LED projection walls and Art light design
  • Video Projection System 
  • Entertainment Light Equipment 
  • Show video system and media sever
  • Entertainment sound systems
  • Intercom System 
  • TV- Antennas

 

AIDA & Costa : Water and Pool Operator

  1. Supervise water bunkering operation 
  2. Maintaining and to ensure the correct functioning and maintenance of bunkering and production system and distribution system 
  3. Maintaining the necessary records pertaining the swimming pool, whirlpool spas, whirlpool tubs, super halogenations, filter backwashing, whirlpool spa daily cleaning
  4. Bunker and production halogenations and pH control- taking corrective action if halogen level fall outside of the required limits :adjusting the equipment , by initiating repairs, or contacting the hotel engineer
  5. Ordering spare parts( i.e sensor , pumps etc ) in case of malfunctioning or when required by the hotel engineer 
  6. etc

 

AIDA & Costa : IT Technician

  1. The IT Technician is Responsible for the safe, reliable operation and maintenance of hotel IT systems assigned, including infrastructure, soft and Hardware maintenance. Cooperate on daily operational issues and closely communicates with the IT Officer or IT Administrator. Cooperates with other departments if advised . Reports to IT Officer or IT Administrator for assigned work activities.
  2. Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance and occasional repairs of assigned IT System and Equipment, including It office Equipment and systems on the vessel.
  • To Inspect ,maintain , administrate and repair all IT server Clients systems 
  • Server & service availability
  • Network and IT Infrastructure Components ( LAN, WLAN, Check -in WLAN ) 
  • VoIP or Smartphone infrastructure and clients
  • Public Devices and etc

 

 

AIDA & Costa : Environmental Officer

  1. Reports about environmental management and performance onboard 
  2. Oversees the environmental compliance of the ship
  3. Responsible for completing and keeping the records of all the environmental training 
  4. Facilitate a work environment that support a successful safety culture , is responsible for ensuring that his / her team implements and maintains an effective Hess Management system

AIDA & Costa : HVAC Tech R

 

  1. Assisting the safe operation, maintenance and repair of the provisions refrigerating plant including refrigerated provision rooms
  2. Monitoring and supervision of the storage temperature of provision storage rooms and refrigerators
  3. Maintenance and repair of all ice machines onboard including required cleaning works and sanitizing
  4. Independently performing work for assigned duties

AIDA & Costa : HVAC Tech V

  1. Assisting in safe operation ,maintenance and repair of the Air conditioning system including supervision and monitoring of the room air in all compartments of the vessel
  2. Monitoring and supervision of the operational parameters of the HVAC Plant 
  3. Planned maintenance and repair works on air conditioning plants , air ducts, supply and exhaust ventilating fans
  4. Independently performing work for assigned duties

AIDA CRUISES: Laundry Master

Ensures all Laundry operations are managed and operated to the highest safety standards.

AIDA & Costa : Public Health Officer ( PHO )

DISEASE PREVENTION AND CONTROL :

  • Support the implementation and compliance with shipboard prevention and control activities at all response levels including for COVID-19, AGE and other communicable diseases.
  • Monitors the public health and infection control protocols and measures related to individuals in quarantine and /or isolation.
  • Assists the medical team in responding to local health authority requests for public health information , data or investigations.
  • Coordinating drills on the company's outbreak prevention and response plan (OPRP) to ensure all crew adequately trained, equipped and prepared to effectively respond to outbreaks of communicable diseases

VESSEL SANITATION COMPLIANCE

  • Oversees the implementation of shipboard Public Health procedures and compliance with the Global HESS Public Health policies and Corporate Ininstructional notices
  • Supports the technical and Deck Department onboard to identify and prioritize relevant repair and maintenance activities and refit planning
  • Reviews the food safety management PW, RWF and air handling systems and records , to ensure compliance with public health standards, complete assigned project work to improve or develop procedures and policies
  • Monitor third party vendor public health services, including but not limited to water samplers and sampling events

 

 

AIDA & COSTA : Jr / Hotel Technician

Main Task and Responsibilities :
  1. Repair and maintenance work on technical equipment and systems in galleys, bars, pantries, spa area and laundries including trouble-shooting and elimination of defects.
  2. Independent works for assigned duties as required by the Facility Manager.
  3. Overseeing the Planned Maintenance System (PMS), carrying out maintenance duties assigned to his/her position, running update of maintenance data.
  4. Ordering of spare parts and verifying correct deliveries.
  5. Inventory checks of spare parts and consumables.
  6. Assistance in safety duties on order of Chief Engineer and safety role.
  7. Stand-by duties as required.
