ADORA CRUISES: Hotel Director

Following all relevant company policies and procedures, Hotel Director is responsible for the efficient and safe running of all hotel operations such as guest service, F&B, entertainment, on board revenue departments, support services, etc., to provide our guests, the most outstanding hospitality service and cruise experiences

ADORA CRUISES: HR Director

Acts as the first point of contact for HR issues and services, to ensure that rules are respected (being warrantor for Company rules) and promote staff development. Facilitates communication bridging the gap between management and crew, shipboard and shore office. Fosters a climate of integration and participation, supporting the welfare of the crew

PRINCESS CRUISE LINE : DECK CLERK

  • Perform safety duties as required by ERP.
  • Support the Lifejacket card and equipment handout to embarking crew/ as directed.
  • Distribute the Emergency lists.
  • Monitor the work and rest hours of the Deck Department, report past or predicted non-compliance to the Staff Captain.
  • Assist the Training Officer with scheduling and record keeping.
  • Maintain non-AMOS checklists filing, such as Tender pre-use, Lifeboat hoisting, Toolbox, WPS trainings etc.
  • Monitor the ‘permit to work’ administration: check if all permits opened by Deck Team have been opened/closed properly and have all required checks, signatures and dates.
  • Manage the drill/training absentee/excusal lists.
  • Assist the Safety Officer and Bosun with requisition and inventory.
  • Coordinates Deck department AIMS (work orders) including entering HESS findings.
  • Prepare the In Port Manning schedule for the deck department.
  • Prepare and monitor Deck department landing orders and requisitions
  • Maintains the Deck department stationary supplies.
  • Coordinates Deck department Uniform requisitions.
  • Administrate the Deck department reporting requirements for the Port Expenses Report.
  • Coordinate Bridge visits in liaison with the Captain
  • Maintains AMOS records.
  • Assists the Safety Officer with safety certificate record keeping.
  • Assist the Captain and Staff Captain to compile and distribute meeting minutes as required.
  • Coordinates the crew cabin inspection routine with Housekeeping.
  • Keep HESS information boards up to date in all crew areas.
  • Coordinates Deck department early clearance list for Deck Crew with PPO.
  • Maintain updated Deck Department phone list.
  • Support the Captain and Deck Department with administration tasks as required.

Assures excellence and efficient bar service, beverage production and revenue generation

HOLLAND AMERICA LINE: Shorex Staff

  • Actively promote the use of the Company’s proprietary Navigator App and responsible for acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively assist guests with the workings of the App.
  • Perform and manage other duties as assigned by the Shore Excursion Manager and/or described in the Shore Excursions Operating Procedures.

SCENIC RIVER: Executive Sous Chef

  • Provide professional and courteous service at designated workstations in accordance with company standards and procedures
  • Have knowledge of food menus and company recipes
  • Welcome and greet guests when in the restaurant or in any public area
  • Ensure proper setup and “mise en place” for lunch and dinner service as per company standards
  • Ensure the preparation of crew food
  • Assist the executive chef with training sessions of the galley team

ADORA CRUISES: Broadcast Manager

Responsible in managing and supervising all TV activities onboard, correct maintenance and functioning of TV & BGM system onboard, both for guests and crew; and organize TV & BGM schedule; maximizes advertisement and on-board promotions, paying attention to Brand Identity rules, generating revenue through an effective communication, in accordance with company set standards and procedures

ADORA CRUISES: Room Service Supervisor

The Room Service Supervisor in the Housekeeping department is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality housekeeping services within the hotel.

PRINCESS CRUISES : SECURITY GUARD

Security Guards are part of a team of security personnel which monitor passenger and crew activities, investigating security matters that arise, promptly reporting and correcting security issues and contribute to maintaining a safe and secure shipboard environment in line with company values.

PRINCESS CRUISES : TECHNICAL CLERK

  • Supporting the Chief Engineer and Technical Department with an efficient and organized structure for storage and retrieval of critical files, drawing, manuals, certifications, etc. Provide consistent administrative tasks in the ECR and ECP operation
  • Chief Engineer administration assistant, including ERM & Environmental Administrator ,all related administrative duties including logs, upkeep of all digital engineering files, retention paperwork
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties such as reception, calls, typing, auditing, copying & compiling data, maintaining & filling records, reporting, and processing paperwork
  • provide assistance with basic tasks where requested and perform other related support duties such as shipping, inspecting, entering orders, inventory counts, digital engineering files, etc.
  • Compile and maintain records for the technical department and other departments if required ,including upkeep of manuals and bulletins/SOP and picture files
  • Operate computer terminal to log, retrieve and enter data
  • Follow fleet regulations (HESSMS) and other Company -mandated internal, external, and government regulations at all times and ensure any non compliance items are raised to Chief Engineer
  • Requires sufficient knowledge of engineering in order to have understanding in terminology used in the administrative tasks
  • Other duties as assigned by the Chief Engineer or designated supervisor
