Job Description

Acts as the first point of contact for HR issues and services, to ensure that rules are respected (being warrantor for Company rules) and promote staff development. Facilitates communication bridging the gap between management and crew, shipboard and shore office. Fosters a climate of integration and participation, supporting the welfare of the crew

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) from an accredited University or College in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience managing a staff
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Recruiting and Industrial relations
College

- 2 last contracts Appraisals (for shipboard experience)
- Photocopy of Family Cert. (KK)
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Be in a business attire is a must.

For ex-crew (those with shipboard experience), please bring PASSPORT, SEAMAN'S BOOK, and 2 last-contract APPRAISALS. We will not continue the interview without those documents.
