Job Description

Actively promote the use of the Company’s proprietary Navigator App and responsible for acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively assist guests with the workings of the App.
Perform and manage other duties as assigned by the Shore Excursion Manager and/or described in the Shore Excursions Operating Procedures.

Job Qualification

Minimum two year sales experience in a related field and comfortable with the “cold sales” approach.
Customer Service minded, patient, loves people and has a genuine interest in guest’s experience.
Excellent English and communication skills. An additional European language is a plus. (Dutch, Spanish, and German) preferred
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Products, Point of Sales Systems, Database and Mobile Devices.
