Manage the daily operations of the spa, salon, and fitness facilities.
Supervise, train, and schedule the spa team.
Provide professional hair services, including cutting, styling, consultation, and hair treatments.
Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and safety.
Monitor appointments, product inventory, sales, and operational reports.
Handle guest concerns in a professional manner.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Manager onboard a cruise ship.
Experience in spa operations and team management.
Valid national or international Hairdressing Certificate.
Skilled in haircutting, styling, and hair treatments.
Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Fluent in English.
Able to work with people from different nationalities.
