The role requires strong knowledge of skin and body care, excellent treatment techniques, and high hygiene and sanitation standards. Candidates must have good communication skills, be willing to complete brand-specific training, and be able to recommend suitable wellness and beauty products and services. They may also be required to assist with Spa Reception duties.
Job Qualification
Holds a valid therapy license, certification, or recognized qualification.
Skilled in massage, body treatments, beauty/skincare, or nail services.
Good knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safe working practices.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Able to promote spa products, treatments, and special offers.
Willing to complete the required brand training.
Able to work well in a team and assist in maintaining spa cleanliness.
Basic computer and presentation skills.
For Nail Technicians: experience with gel nails and nail extensions is preferred.
