Job Description

Assists in managing the storage, inventory, and distribution of wines, spirits, and beverages onboard. Ensures proper stock control, maintains product quality, and supports efficient beverage operations while complying with company standards and procedures.

 

Job Qualification

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in beverage stores, bar operations, inventory control, or a similar role.
  • Previous cruise ship or luxury hotel experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of wines, spirits, and beverage handling procedures.
  • Experience in inventory management and stock control.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
  • Good numerical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move beverage supplies safely.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Able to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
