Job Qualification
• Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, guest relations, or activities (shipboard experience is a plus)
• Confident, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and engaging guests of all ages
• Good English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong customer service mindset with a positive and energetic attitude
• Able to host, facilitate, and promote onboard activities and entertainment programs
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Team player who can work closely with the Entertainment Team and other departments
