Education & Experience:
• Preferably a four-year course graduate or a Senior High School graduate in any related Hospitality Management Course.
• Minimum 3–5 years of bartending experience, or with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role in bar department (cruise or land-based hospitality preferred).
• Strong beverage knowledge, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and bar trends.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage a team and maintain high service standards.
• Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and POS systems.
• Conversant in English, both in oral and written; additional languages are an advantage.
