VIKING RIVER: Guest Services Agent

Serve as the main information center for all guests and handle on-board sales transactions
Operate phone switchboard, cashless system, and safety system
Provide 24-hour concierge services and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures
Maintain the guest infotainment system and update the logbook daily
Handle guest complaints promptly and assist with medical disembarkations
Coordinate and confirm guests' departure arrangements, organize guest documents, and assist with shore excursions.

High school diploma required, degree with hospitality focus preferred
Minimum 2 years experience in an upscale cruise line or comparable hotel in a similar position
Must maintain confidentiality and discretion
Extensive walking and standing required
Fluent in English, with excellent oral & written communication skills, second language as per itinerary is an advantage
