Job Description

Manages all F&B outlets to ensure that Company standards related to Hotel/F&B services are planned, achieved and maintained at all times, improving continuously Guests and Crew satisfaction levels while maximising the financial performance in all area of responsibility

Job Qualification

  • Last work experience should not be more than 1 year ago
  • At least 4 years’ experience in Hotel, Resorts or Cruise Industry, in dining, bar or culinary services
  • No Visible Tattoo
  • Pleasant personality
  • Good English
College
21 - 45 years old
4 years

- 2 last contracts Appraisals (for shipboard experience)
- Photocopy of Family Cert. (KK)
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
