Job Description

As a Management Trainee ON BOARD, he/she will have chance to be trained/coached/involved in several positions before ends with his/her landing position if passed all assessments as well as Performance evaluation by Hotel Director.

  • Target Landing Positions:
  1. Assistant Bar Manager (Bar)
  2. Assistant Housekeeping Manager (Housekeeping)
  3. F&B Supervisor (Restaurant)
  4. Chief Adult Animator (Entertainment)

Job Qualification

  • Chinese C1 level, English B2 or above.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above (College degree from Cruise Major and Tourism Major can be considered as well).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Average grades at school ≥ 3.
  • Playing an active role in student union or other school association is a plus.
  • Passionate about working in international environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fast learner and willing to embrace new things and challenges.
High school

Preferably with Passport, Seaman's Book, and BST

- 2 last contracts Appraisals (for shipboard experience)
- Photocopy of Family Cert. (KK)
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Be in a business attire is a must.

For ex-crew (those with shipboard experience), please bring PASSPORT, SEAMAN'S BOOK, and 2 last-contract APPRAISALS. We will not continue the interview without those documents.
