Job Description

Acts as the first point of contact for HR issues and services, in order to ensure that rules are respected 
(being warrantor for Company rules) and promote staff development. Facilitates communication bridging 
the gap between management and crew, shipboard and shoreside. Fosters a climate of integration and 
participation, supporting the welfare of the crew

Job Qualification

  • Last workin experience is not more than that 2 years ago
  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) from an accredited University or 
  • College in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related 
    field
  • At least 3 years experience managing a staff
  • At least 2 years experience in Recruiting and Industrial relations
College
21 - 40 years old
3 years
Preferably with Passport, Seaman's Book, and BST

- Certificates of employment (Original and Copy)
- 2 last contracts Appraisals (for shipboard experience)
- Photocopy of Family Cert. (KK)
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Be in a business attire is a must.
